Eat
Norfolk Island has a wide selection of eateries for all moods and occasions.
Ask a local for their favourite spot or visit the Norfolk Island Tourism website for a list of places to eat.
Most of the fresh fruit and vegetables on Norfolk Island are grown locally. That means our restaurants use ingredients that are seasonal, tasty and have almost no food miles.
Markets
On Saturday mornings the Rawson Hall car park (near the Visitors Information Centre) hosts the local farmers’ market. Come around 7 am for the pick of the island’s fruit, vegetables, cheese and home-made delicacies. The markets usually run until 10.30–11.00 am.
The Island Markets are held at the Bicentennial Complex on Sunday from 8.30 am to 11.00 am. These markets focus mainly on arts and crafts, but usually have cakes, live music and a fundraising BBQ.
